From the Administration Menu click on External Gateway > Edit licence types The Edit licence types screen displays the current licence types that the school is allowed to issue (Parent/Guardian and Pupil licence types are provided by default). Further licence types may be added by consulting with Pupil Tracking Limited directly (there may be an additional charge for this). By clicking on Edit access settings under the action column administrators can configure the portlets and the fields available within each portlet. Each licence type can be configured differently. For example, a Pupil can be given access to different portlets and fields than a Parent/Guardian.
