From the Administration Menu click on External Gateway > Edit notice boards From the Notice boards screen administrators can create a generic notice board for all year groups or year group specific notice boards. The built-in HTML editor allows for the production of a web page displaying relevant information to external users. When an external user logs in to their Pupil Tracking account they will see the notice board relevant to the year of the pupil they hold a licence for.
