From the Administration Menu, click on Text Element Manager > Edit text elements From here new departmental and pastoral elements can be added. Existing text elements can also be edited. Element Category The radio buttons allow text elements to be attributed to either: Departmental These are text elements for use by each subject/department. or Pastoral These are text elements for use by form tutors. Element Name Enter a unique name for the text element e.g. Attainment Element Description Enter a description for the text element e.g. "The level of attainment achieved". The element description is always displayed to departmental users when completing a campaign and can optionally be included on reports to parents.
