From the Administration Menu click on External Gateway > Email external users
The mass email facility can be used to mass email all registered external users. For example, administrators can email all the registered Parents/Guardians of pupils in Y8 or all the registered pupils in Y11. The mass email facility can also be used in conjunction with the Campaign Manager to email details of new reports to parents. A new link Sent invitation within each campaign automatically populates the subject and target year group fields. Mass emails can be personalised using merge fields for the user's forename.
