Exporting all departmental data
To export all data for a department select the year group from the drop down list and click on the Download button. The columns Adm_No, Surname, Year, Form and DOB will be exported along with all general data, set codes and departmental data. Note: If the number of columns exceeds 256 (the maximum amount of columns allowed in Excel) the general fields will be omitted.

Exporting custom department data
To export custom data click on the Go button. Check the fields to be exported > select the year group > click on the Download button.

Exporting custom shared data across multiple departments.
The custom export tool allows users to export exactly the information they require. For example, after collecting all Y7 NCLs from staff it may be desirable to export the Y7 NCL for each subject along with the KS2 Average and CAT Average for each pupil. By checking the desired shared and general fields > selecting the appropriate year group and clicking on Download, an Excel file containing pupils' Adm_No, Surname, Forename, Year, Form, KS2 Average, CAT Average plus each pupil's Y7 NCL score for each subject will be created. This spreadsheet can then be interrogated using the power and flexibility of Excel.

To export custom data to Excel, click on the Go button > check the desired shared and general fields > check or uncheck Include sets for each department > select the appropriate year group and click on Download. Please note that where more than 30 departments have been created it will be necessary to check individual departments/subjects before downloading.
