Favourites From the Departmental Homepage, click the Go button next to Favourites. You may also access this page anytime using the linear tabs on the header of each page. Favourites allow user to access lists of commonly required data quickly and easily. My Favourite Views My Favourite Views store selected fields of data for defined groups of pupils. New favourite views can be added by clicking on Add to favourites at the top of the View Results page. Click on the favourite name to view the selected favourite. Favourites can be deleted by clicking on Delete under the action column or by checking multiple boxes in the far left hand column and clicking the delete button. My Favourite Comparisons My Favourite Comparisons store a selected shared field of data to be compared across selected subjects for a defined groups of pupils. New favourite comparisons can be added by clicking on Add to favourites at the top of the Compare Results page. Click on the favourite name to compare the selected favourite. Favourites can be deleted by clicking on Delete under the action column or by checking multiple boxes in the far left hand column and clicking the delete button. Favourite Groups Favourite Groups store group definitions only. Clicking on a favourite group will display the Surname, Forename, Year and Form for all pupils who match the group definition. It is possible to View or Compare selected fields of data for favourite groups by choosing the favourite group radio button from the base of either the View Data or Compare Data pages. School Favourite Groups School favourite groups are defined at an administrative level to highlight groups of pupils for monitoring. Hovering the mouse over the favourite group name will display the group definition. To view a favourite school group click on the favourite name. To download a subject summary click on Download subject summary under the action column . A child window will open providing the option of downloading a report for each subject, or a report for each tutor group. My Favourites Groups can be deleted by clicking on Delete under the action column or by checking multiple boxes in the far left hand column and clicking the delete button. Note: A maximum of 100 of each type of favourite may be defined and any favourites not used for over 365 days will be automatically deleted. Favourites that fail will also be automatically deleted. A favourite may fail if a field name used in the favourite is subsequently edited or deleted.
