From the Administration Menu click on External Gateway > Generate licence keys The Generate licence keys screen enables administrators to produce licence keys for different licence types. The licence key generator will export all required details to Excel from where letters to parents/pupils can be mail merged. Schools who have not bought into the External Gateway may still export licences but the number of pupils is limited to 5.
