Report Manager (Available with Pupil Tracking Plus) A report may be produced from any campaign that has either ended or been archived. Reports may be created for teachers (in set order) or for parents (in form/tutor group order). From this screen it is also possible to select which reports are available to external users. Check single or multiple reports and use the With selected reports? select options to make reports available or unavailable to external users. When producing a report there are several options depending on the content of the report. A header image can be uploaded containing the schools name, address, logo and any other graphics that the school wishes to display on the header of a report. Alternatively, a blank header can be uploaded to facilitate the use of school headed paper. All reports are created in PDF format.
